Sumario:This issue of the FAL Bulletin describes the main findings and proposals to emerge from the binational Haiti-Dominican Republic dialogue supported by the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC), with a view to facilitating ground transportation between the two countries. The purpose of this document is to place the activities undertaken on record and lay foundations for future initiatives relating to cross-border transport between Haiti and the Dominican Republic. The document also presents a proposal for a bilateral ground transportation protocol, which the countries are currently considering.
