Sumario:The deep digital transformation, following globalization and its paradigm shift (following the approach of Prof. Sánchez-Bayon), is particularly impacting on the economy and its current businesses as well demonstrating the urgency and need for a review and / or reformulation of expected management skills of those who have to lead the new business models in the transition to market economies to scale to new transnational and digital economies (based on Cloud, Big Data, Internet of All Things (SUI), Smart Cities, Industry or 4.0, etc.). A very important part of company results depend on management decisions. Major decisions of the steering committees in the coming years will be related to the digital processing of products and services, technology architectures, the implementation of virtual network organizations or the development of new forms of work combining internal resources to work commodified , globally distributed and virtualized. They need tough new powers, enabling them to make decisions to ensure their survival. Method E [(TOM) C] developed in this thesis has led to a system of "20 Business Management Skills for the Digital Economy (20 Competencies DED)" which allows its use for programming the development of competent managers to the Digital Era.
