Résumé:This study proposes a procedure by which physical education teachers can analyze the type of reflection and reasoning that they develop in their teaching activity to modify their educational practice into a reflective teaching practice. To check the effectiveness of this proposal, a collaborative investigation was carried out using an action-research procedure. The detailed description of the data provided by the research and its interpretation, build conclusions about the effectiveness of the methodological proposal and the procedure for its application.
