| Sumario: | 100 years after the University Reform of Córdoba, which produced a paradigm shift in Latin American universities, it is necessary to rethink university management to respond to the demands of this century. The University Model for another Century arises from a doctoral thesis, which found out how to improve the relationship between the academic and administrative areas of Paraguayan public universities. The MUPOS has four axes: strategy, organizational culture, structure and execution; proposes the division of powers inspired by modern democracy, the rectorship of the Executive Driving Body and the council of the Deliberative Collegiate Body. |
