| Sumario: | We determined hepatoprotective effect of the plant remedy "Pancreophyt" at experimental hepatitis. It was showed that "Pancreophyt" decreased transaminotransferase activity and the content of bilirubin in the blood serum, inhibited the processes of lipid peroxidation in the liver and increased the capacity of endogenic antioxidant system of an organism. These properties promote stabilization of hepatocytes' membrane structure and normalize functioning of the membrane-bound enzyme systems of the liver including monooxygenase system that provides deintoxication ofxenobiotics. |
