The most important centers of Hellenistic culture of Alexandria, Urfa, Nusaybin, Antioch, Harran, was Gundi-Şapur. The beneficiaries of this cultural achievements was the Abbasids. Through the translation were reached to the ancient word wealthes. Andalusia obtained this cultural heritage from Baghdad.
