Its teaching and training. In the study, investigate expectations of elementary teachers about cartoon’s educational. Teachers' opinions are important because together with all the children. 2015-16 academic year, 113 teachers working in the city of Kütahya was taken as the sample of the research. According to the survey classroom teachers to believe could be used as educational cartoons in the classroom 94.7%, 79.6% in instructional quality movies to know the line, while 85.8% believe the benefit of educational cartoons. Teachers who believe in the benefit of the cartoons, used as teaching material, national and international, educational songs and lyrics, academic achievements, effective use of resources, personality development.
