Sumario:Conceptual metaphor is an important theory in linguistics. Unlike traditional metaphor, conceptual metaphor not only has an aesthetic structure as a merely linguistic property, but is also considered as a cognitive phenomenon based on thinking and perception forming the human thoughts. Conceptual metaphors are divided into three types of structural, existential and directional metaphors. These items conceptualize the target boundary according to the terms of the source boundary with regard to the principle of coherence, consistency and the establishment of seminal images. These metaphors are formed based on the systematic communication of our experiences. The study of conceptual metaphors in the Qur'an shows that these metaphors return to material and physical experiences and the spiritual truths are shown in terms of material and sensual affairs. The study of forms in Quranic metaphors confirms the coherence and coherence that exist in them. The Qur'anic metaphors are inspired by various cases such as nature, inanimate objects and human beings and benefit from the capacity of all beings to express spiritual truths and introduce the Qur'anic worldview.
