The discussion is systematized in two articulated axes: Brazilian flagship identity and the international conjuncture of the past and present. Points out International Relations Analysts, that contributed to the historical interpretation, as Bauman, Moniz Bandeira, Fonseca Júnior, Garcia, Bertrand and Senarclens. It verifies that the United Nations cover a dialectic of identities, depending on the lens adopted by an analyst for its interpretation and the type of service it provides to Member States.
