Sumario: | This study describes how Kutadgu Bilig, one of the first products of the Turkish - Islamic history, evaluate the state administration and ruler profiles. In his book, Yusuf Has Hacip outlined the principles of ethics and politics, acted in an intellectual sense of responsibility and mission to the community in which he lived. While discussing these, he specified the virtues which a ruler is supposed to have and worked through what a successful ruler has to do. Briefly, the duties of all of the people in general, especially heads of the state and state officials and how those people may gain the bliss of the world and the afterworld by doing their duties has been emphasized in Kutadgu Bilig, Kutagbu Bilig is a real guide, a moral and sufism book for statesmen and administrators. it is a political treatise. In this work, which was written during Karahanlilar, rudiments of the ideal state administration and prosperous society has been remarked to show the ways to administrators. Kutagbu Bilig carries a historical, literary, and legal nature, as well as a philosophical nature. It is almost like a state's constitution. we have done a study about how a ruler should be as an administor, personality of a ruler and how a ruler should behave in state administration by taking this book as a reference. we hope our study light the way for those who aspire to rule the state and engage political and bureaucratic positions. |
