| Sumario: | This study aims to analyze, in a historical and descriptive way, the steps taken to the emergence of Consortium for Sustainable Development of the Fourth Colony (Condesus) and the results derived from the actions implanted by it. For such, a qualitative research was performed, with a descriptive nature and case study. To make the analysis viable, it was used the classification proposed by Pettigrew (1987), which aims to analyze and understand the steps occurred during a process of significant change in a particular reality, through the understanding of (a) External Context ; (b) Internal Context ; (c) Process and (d) Content . The results reveal that Condesus comes from successive actions that have as their main interest the building of a feeling of valuation of the local culture. And that it develops cooperative projects involving the nine municipalities of Quarta Colônia. As a negative aspect, the necessity of involvement of private and social players of the region is pointed out. |
