| Sumario: | This article presents data 01 the research carried out in the Judicial Power Irom the District Court 01 Mondaí/ se, aiming to analyze in the judicial processes of protective measures application, the occurrence of violatian of child and adolescent fundamental rights, stated in the Statute 01 the Child and Adolescent. The analysis 01 the results polnts out that the right to freedom, respect and dignity is the(are the) most vlolated, and, the main actions which contributed to the vlolatlon 01 child and adolescent rights in the Judicial Power 01 this District Court were: lack 01 baste sanitation in the lamilies, lack 01 r écords and pollee reports about child abuse; psycholoqlcal torture; intra-Iamily humiliation; psycholoqlcal violence: physical violence: sexual violence; coexistence with drug addlcts, chemical substance or alcohol; high rate 01 school failure. |
