In this study quantitative and qualitative research methods are used. 244 questionnaires were evaluated. In this descriptive survey study, the scale of ‘Child Abuse and Neglect by Parents’ developed by Karaman (1993) is used. For qualitative method, t-test, ANOVA and Kruskall Wallis test were used; for quantitative method content analysis was used. From the analysis of qualitative data, there has been a significant difference between the opinions of teachers in terms of gender, seniority, number of students in the classroom and total number of students in the school. For analyzing quantitative data, teachers’ opinions were evaluated by categorizing as “communication”, “education”, “research” and “general measure”.
