| Sumario: | The article rescues the process of permanent fiscal adjustment underway in Brazil, since the 1988 Constitution, which follows neoliberal progress in all countries in a context of capital crisis. It analyzes the impact of this economic policy on the health, Social Security and Social Assistance policies that make up Social Security in Brazil through budget pieces, government plans and legislation. Finally, it points out challenges and possibilities in the face of the conservative and regressive situation we live in. |
