In the following report, the authors present the case of a 62-year-old man who presented with acute onset dizziness and headache. A CT scan of the cervical spine revealed fatty tissue that was further confirmed by an MRI to be an intradural lipoma at C1-C2 level causing minimal mass effect on spinal cord without myelopathy or hydrocephalus.
