One of the biggest problems faced is lack of physical and mental awareness. Due to inadequate preparation, some unwanted behaviors may occur. Wrong posture, overly tense and insufficiently coordinated muscles, lack of using of breath, and many other reasons result in defects in use of voice and also looks improvised. Some students even have some vocal problems due to wrong uses and ignorantly earlier. As a consequence of the damaged vocal organ, quality of training is affected negatively. Absence of physical and mental preparation also obstructs correcting the common missuses easily, thus causes a significant loss in training process and in-class performance. The main element of vocal training, correct breathing mechanics, requires effective use of all active muscles. For those students who achieved the necessary relaxation and uses all relevant muscles in coordination, it would be easier to learn how to use their voices in a more conscious way. Those problems that might occur due to lack or absence of physical and mental relaxation moves are also seen in main courses like instrument training. Students who come to classes without applying the necessary physical and mental relaxation techniques also face some problems in playing their instruments. It can be concluded that those relaxation techniques that can be applied in a pre-class way or on a daily basis, may help eliminating the subject problems not only for vocal training courses, but also for all classes that require physical and mental awareness in all music education institutions.
