At first, this paper analyzes factors affecting performance reliability of the human cognitive behavior in green sustainable construction system, and looks the humans and their environment as a whole system to establish the individual performance reliability model based on the Markov chain analysis method. Then, a novel hybrid computational intelligence method for factor validity and reliability performance analysis of the human cognitive behavior in green sustainable construction system is presented.
