It was found that patients with viral cirrhosis have remodeling of viscerogenic hemodynamic, left ventricle myocardium with formation of various variants of its geometry. Disorder of heart ventricles relaxation, presence of moderate pulmonary hypertension are accompanied by more expressed portal hemodynamic disorders. Indices of viscerogenic hemodynamic correlate with geometric characteristics of heart ventricles and pulmonary artery, functional state of left ventricle and hemoglobin saturation with oxygen.M. V.
