Sumario:The purpose of this study is to determine the opinions of the District Directorate of National Education and the administrators of secondary education which are included in the scope of supervision of the Ministry of Education Inspectors for the first time regarding new supervision applications. Qualitative research technique is used in the research, and research is a case study design from qualitative research designs. For this reason, in the research, the data gathering purpose and the interview technique were used and a semi-structured interview form was prepared. The working group has been selected among the managers who are included in the scope of the supervision in accordance with the latest inspection regulations from the provincial districts of Antalya. In addition, maximum diversity sampling is used for purposeful sampling methods. Thus, the sample consists of a district national education director, two branch managers, a chief and a civil servant who serve at the Konyaaltı District National Education Directorate; five different types of secondary education; anatolian high school, vocational high school, teacher training high school, science high school, social sciences high school. Veriler içerik analizi tekniği ile çözümlenmiştir. All the data obtained in the research were coded, various dimensions suitable for the purpose of the research and themes suitable for these dimensions were determined. As a result of the research, although some managers perceive the new inspections and practices as a positive development, the number of manager inspectors and deficiencies in the branches etc., the perceptions of the denial have not changed and the existing problems have continued and the problems from the new supervisions have been clarified and the effect of supervision in management has diminished.
