| Sumario: | This paper was written on the occasion of 120 years anniversary since Professor Henry H. Stahl’s birthday. A member of the Sociological School in Bucharest (founded by Dimitrie Gusti), H.H. Stahl became the most important and original Romanian sociologist and historian of the last century. Despite this, the author of the paper emphasizes that his life and activity are not sufficiently known. For this reason, the homage of this scientist must be the beginning of new research.
