Sumario:The objective of this study is to analyze the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on the income of employees who work in the aviation sector in Vietnam. These workers are working in the field that has been most negatively affected by the Covid-19 outbreak. The study uses data collected from 280 Vietnamese employees working in the aviation industry. The pool OLS model is studied and used to analyze the influence of factors on the income of people who work in the aviation sector in Vietnam. The research results show that the Covid-19 pandemic has reduced the earnings of workers in the aviation sector (the effect factor is –5.576921); the income of workers is affected by many factors but in varying degrees such as a work area; gender; educational level; work experience; the number of jobs creating money; personal investments of the part of employees. At the same time, the research findings also show that the difference in the wages of employees in the aviation industry before and after the Covid-19 is vastly different (income difference is about 12.21 million VND/month).
