This will give Argentina new rights and new responsibilities in marine ecosystem use. This article requests access to marine resources for domestic and foreign fishing fleets. It presents sovereignty affirmation in the Argentine Sea between Argentina, Uruguay and the Falkland Islands around the issues of fishing management and the weight of fishing industries.
