In the last quarter of 20. century, New Right which is involved in game with worsening the perception of welfare state, is generally a coherent synthesis of neoliberalism and neoconservatism. Although liberalism and conservatism are two separate ideology, perception and positioning, this synthesis’ harmony formation is the focal point of this study. The components of the New Right’s attribution importance to tense with each other and sometimes conflicting concepts can mean New Right has no strong basis or contain incoherent ideas. Indeed, also criticals to New Right, intensified critics in the context of especially incoherent and contradictions. The purpose of the study is to present a data for how it is possible melting in the same pot of concepts “libertarianism”, “minimal state”, “iÇağrı D.
