That’s why the businesses try to handle their salesforce as well as other businesses. If the businesses know what factors effect sales force’s job satisfaction, it will be useful for the future. With this study, it was investigated that what kind of job satisfaction degree had the salesforce of one medicine business and also investigated whether there is a relationship between job satisfaction and demographics. In addition, it was investigated whether there were significant relationships between sales force’s working situation(daily work hours and working experience in a firm) and job satisfactions. According to the purpose of this study, a questionnaire form was made and it was implemented to the salesforce of one private pharma business in Kocaeli,Turkey. To measure job satisfaction, Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale(20-items) was used. In a questionnaire form, there were variables such as age, marital status, gender and education situation. The questionnaire forms were implemented to the salesforce with a face to face method on 15th September-15th October and 207 healthy forms were collected as a total. These data were analysed in SPSS 16 packet programme. The factor analyse was implemented to the job satisfaction scale and 5 basic factors were provided. Then Kendall tau-b correlation analyse was used for testing relationship between salesforce’s demographics and job satisfaction dimensions. Also, Kendall tau-b correlation analyse was used for testing relationship between daily working hours and job satisfaction dimensions and relationship between experience of salesforce and job satisfaction dimensions. After correlatio tests, it was determined that there were significant relationships between some demographics and job satisfaction and also working situation(daily working hours and working experience in a firm) and job satisfaction.
