Moreover, our objective is to analyse the specialised literature in order to consult the opinion of specialists regarding physical activity during the isolation caused by COVID-19, but also during competitional breaks, periods of inactivity, withdrawal from sports, etc. The players involved in our study had carried out the training, according to the individual training protocols communicated by the team’s coach, in two different environments: inside, in narrow spaces, and outside, close to their personal homes.
