Sustainability occurs through the utilization of natural resources at a rate that enables self-renewing of these resources. Providing actual needs of today's people without damaging the opportunity of meeting the needs of future generations is one of the most significant aims of sustainability. In their preferences, individuals' consideration on ethical, social, economical and environmental contexts as consumer citizens plays an important role in ensuring sustainability and constitution of consumer citizen responsibility in terms of sustainability. For consumers, not only meeting the needs economically but also making decisions containing environmental and social responsibility aspects and being aware of their responsibility are among them as important steps towards sustainability. In terms of ensuring sustainability, the existence of financial, ethical, environmental and social responsibility factors in consumer decisions; production and consumption of products and services meeting consumer needs and providing better living conditions and ensuring these products and services without risking the lives and needs of future generations; ensuring less environmental-effected consumption by minimizing the usage of materials which are detrimental to nature and providing interaction between State-Companies, State-Consumer Citizens and State-Consumer Citizens – Companies are significant elements.
