The aim was to analyze the organizational and territorial dimension present in the process of establishment and operation of a given cooperative enterprise network, and express in speeches and in strategic and political articulations that their members nodes develop the territory in which they operate. To do so, was analyzed the case of Rede Casanova, founded in 2003, and that by 2012, was recognized as the largest network of cooperation in the construction of the Southern Brazil in number of stores associated materials segment. The study was qualitative and exploratory, involved conducting a literature review, desk research, semi-structured interviews, and analysis of primary data on the process of formation and functioning of the Association Rede Casanova.
