Sumario: | The aim of this work is to analyze the trends of innovations in public management based on the Innovation Competition in public management based Innovation Competition at the Federal Public Administration, between the years 1996-2014. The study is qualitative-descriptive and up 351 shares awarded, in 19 collected editions on the site of Escola Nacional de Administração Pública (Enap). The cases were analyzed according to the dimensions: types of innovations, classification of innovation, action areas, coverage areas and thematic areas. Among the main results, it is noted that: most prized experiences comes to incremental innovations and are implemented in the area of improvement of work processes; and, Enap to fulfill its objective of encouraging and suggest innovations in the public sector, based on participation in various areas such as, planning, education and health, national, regional and local scope, and the quality of the awarded innovative initiatives. |
