Menaqib al-Arifin was written by order of grandson of Mawlana Jalaleddin Rumi, Ulu Arif Çelebi and it parents quite important knowledges about social and cultural life of Turkish Seljuk State in the second half of 13 th century and in the first half of 14 th century. Eflaki touches on political events of Turkish Seljuk State but gives knowledges more about social and cultural side. Besides that, he mentions the importance of relationship between Seljuk Sultans and statesmen with Mawlana. It is given in detalis about knowledge belongs to religious life in this work. Depending on this situation in Seljukid capital and their behaviour in public. In this respect, according to Eflaki’s work, it tells about the situation of women at that term.
