Therefore, the research aims to analyze the competitiveness of companies in the Local Productive Arrangement Grain these municipalities considering its features and characteristics, in order to respond to these companies have built competitive advantages to the arrangement. Data were obtained through a structured questionnaire applied to 20 grain producers and the analysis was developed using multivariate statistics, it is the factor analysis and the clusters. From the factor analysis, we built a Competitive Performance Index, ranking the companies surveyed as their level of competitiveness. The results show that over 50% of the companies are not competitive, and Cluster analysis, only 15% of companies were identified as “Business-intensive innovations and higher economic returns”.
