In this article, two participants reflect upon three of these workshops (with Sebastian Schüler, Adrian Hermann, and Steffen Führding). The lively and intensive discussions within the workshops led to fruitful and further-reaching debates about their own research objects and approaches, as well as the challenges of (theoretical) work in the study of religion(s).
