| Sumario: | The current study describes and analyses a historical age (1995-2002) of important organizational strategic changes in the life os Cooperativa Regional Tritícola Serrana Ltda(Cotrijuí), showing up the main effected changes, like the adaptation strategies were developen,and the relation of influence of the external factors. About the methodology focus used, thework figures itself as a study of the qualitative nature and of a contextual and longitudinal analysis. It shows, as result of investigation, a set of theorical inferences about the processof change and organizational strategy adaptation of an important role in the development ofits region the insertion, enriching the literature that exists about the theme the consequent breakthorough of the knowledge in the organizational change in the area. |
