Sumario:Background. Digitalization is increasingly penetrating the economic sphere of the country’s activities, forcing organizations to change. This transformation affects all areas of the organization, including its culture and staff employment. Business leaders must adapt to change and choose ways to provide their companies with competent people. In this regard, the purpose of the study is to identify the impact of the digital economy on sustainable employment through the transformation of the organizational culture of the enterprise. Materials and methods. Having considered the existing approaches to the content of the concept of “sustainable employment”, the paper provides a refined definition of this category. Also, the author’s classification of the concepts of “digital economy” was proposed and its definition was given. The impact of the digital economy on sustainable employment through organizational culture was determined using a survey of employers, enterprise employees and graduate students. Results. The respondents noted that the digital economy has a greater impact on the communication system in the organization, as well as on the personnel value system, norms and rules of conduct. However, such changes will entail changes in attitudes towards work, world outlook, and, in general, to a change in organizational culture. In connection with the digitalization of the economy, the professions themselves will change: new ones will appear, and some will disappear. Employers should create job security for staff through development and training, while maintaining sustainable employment in the organization. Conclusions. Thus, the digital transformation of the economy, influencing changes in the organizational culture, requires maintaining a humanistic approach to personnel, providing them with guarantees in preserving the workplace, developing and acquiring new competencies.
