The analysis of this educational program in Nuevo León shows that the elimination of indigenous languages and ethnic de-characterization in urban contexts are the product of interculturalization in the school between the political reform from the State and racism. The core questions are: Under which circumstances did this program emerge? What are the arguments on which it was built? How is this intervention taking place? Which factors influence the course that it is taking?
