Two-dimensional inorganic molecular crystals
Two-dimensional molecular crystals made of inorganic units would be desirable for their chemical and electronic properties, but have been difficult to obtain. Here the authors show the synthesis of monolayer Sb2O3 molecular crystals on mica substrates by passivator-assisted vapor deposition.
