This is a qualitativeresearch, as we use a case study as the main method of investigation, which focuses onelucidating the occasional actions in complex everyday situations for treatment throughexperiments or data collection. Through a questionnaire we found the need for a DisposalAgreement and also a File System. We also presented the procedures adopted during themicrofilming process, from the selection of documents to be microfilmed to storage, alsostanding out the comparison between the hybrid system and microfilming exposing thelegality of the two systems, their advantages and disadvantages.
