STUDY OF AMILOLYTIC NATIVE MICROBIAL STOCKS
The present work studies isolated microbial stocks of different ecological niches, amylolitic enzyme producers, such as: cassava, potato and corn starches. The criteria used for the isolation of the amylolitics stocks were the growth on modified starch medium and positive results in the test of l...

The criteria used for the isolation of the amylolitics stocks were the growth on modified starch medium and positive results in the test of lugol. The cultures employed were modified CZAPEK, PCA and MRS. The obtained stocks were properly purified, conserved, and biochemically identified leading to a total of 103 native stocks. From these, 9 were selected based upon their similarity between isolated microorganisms and were biochemically identified. The resulting genuses were Bacillus sp, Clostridium sp and Kurthia sp. The obtained amylolitics enzymes from the native stocks display molecular weights that oscillate between approximately 30 and 150 KDa. Claudia P. SÁNCHEZ H.Carlos E.
