Based on this theme, this article reflects on the relationship between the rationalization of the project planningand management processand the complexity of territorial development. To this end, it makes use of bibliographic analysis highlighting the relevance of the systemic approach to examining complex systems, finally examining some elements of experiences with rural credit projects to family farmers and social projects that make use of the Logical Framework as na instrument of planningand management.
