| Sumario: | The objective of this paper is to reflect about economical political and social problems,imposed for the New World-wide Order to the State-nation according the hegemonicglobalization, that uses medias (or information) to impose its logic and to disconcert thecitizens, increasing so the social exclusion and marginality. In the search of alternatives torevert this social picture is that the notion of against-hegemonic globalization is born,characterized for iniciatives in place-global level as form to resist the pressure exerted fortransnational capital, promoting, thus, the development of the societies and the inclusion ofits citizens. For this reason, citizen iniciatives, derived from the Third Sector, emerge assupport to the construction of a new State-nation. |
