A design model of a hydraulic percussive mechanism with a spool free control unit has been developed. The mathematical model of the hydraulic percussive mechanism of a permanent pressure-type structure with a spool free control unit is presented. The oscillogram resulting from the theoretical studies, which defines the operation of the hydraulic percussive mechanism, is presented.
