Spiritual capital, which can be defined as the shape of the good that exists in the human spirit through the religious, spiritual and cultural values, is one of the important factors that will move the people in motion to provide common benefit. Material stimuli may not always motivate people, but spiritual capital, which creates meaning for life, will always motivate them. People bring not only their bodies but also their hearts and souls to the workplace. Therefore, ignoring the spiritual capital will leave one side of the organizations lack in terms of human resources. Therefore, this research aims to contribute to the literature by making a conceptual analysis on spiritual capital and referring to the importance of using this concept in educational institutions. In order to analyze the spiritual capital conceptually, the relevant literature has been scanned, the sources thought to be unique have been reached, and the data have been analyzed. Research shows that spiritual capital strengthens people's ties with their family and friends, directs them to constructive ways, affects human health positively and encourages voluntary participation.
