Sumario:In the course of organizational, economic and technological innovations of the economic environment, managers (or management) of an organization need to be prepared for the impact of these changes on the staff of the organization. This is due to the fact that these changes, in turn, can cause rejection, resistance and even opposition to a certain part of employees. The solution of these problems is connected with the search for new methods and tools that can level them. One of such tools is the conflict management technique. The purpose of this study is to improve the technology of conflict management in organizations based on the identified causes of their occurrence, as well as the study of the modern organizational environment for the implementation of conflict management in the workforce management system. Method or methodology of the work. To identify the specifics of conflict management and improve the methods of implementation of the conflict management system, it was conducted a study of the nature of labor conflicts at the commercial enterprise “Rotor” of the city of Tambov, by questioning employees. Methods of descriptive statistics allowed to form the obtained quantitative data on the stated problem and to present their diagrams and tables. Results. In this study, the nature of modern conflict situations is considered in detail, as well as a program of training sessions that help to develop the conflict management competence and create a favorable socio-psychological climate in the organization. Scope of results. The results of this study will help the head (management) of the organization to improve its system of leveling conflict situations arising in labor and interpersonal relations, as well as to identify possible ways to prevent conflict situations.
