Sumario:TQM is a process to achieve costumer and business satisfaction by using information and system at all time and every stage with the focus on quality in all business activivities. It is important to measure the outcome of determinate goals for the business to be able to stand and survive in a competitive market. To determine how effective all business activities that are being carried for TQM is beyond the business enterprise’s sources evaluation, it is rather important to determine how to establish future purposes. The aim of this study is to determine effect of TQM on Business Enterprise Performance. Research is made on workers who work logistic business enterprise in Trabzon and Gümüşhane. Validy and reliability analysis are made on collected datas after survey and evaluated. According to research result, it’s understood that, TQM has a significant possitive effect on Business Enterprise Performance. With regard to evaluation, there is a significant relation between TQM and Business Enterprise performance.
