NAFLD is a kind of metabolic disordered disease, which is commonly associated with lipid metabolism, insulin resistance, oxidative stress, inflammation, and fibrogenesis, as well as autophagy. Growing studies have shown Notch signaling pathway plays a pivotal role in the regulation of NAFLD progression.
