Results indicated adequacy of the model, with theconfirmatory validity assumed for both, teachers obligations (χ²/df = 2,520; GFI = 0.859,AGFI = 0.854, RMSEA = 0.065), and institutional compensations (χ²/df = 2,520; GFI =0.859, AGFI = 0.854, RMSEA= 0.065). Furthermore, the measurement also shows goodreliability indexes.
