Summary:This study examines the relationship between perceived social support and unreasonable behaviors. To establish the relationship, the concept of social support is examined from various aspects. Having discussed the social support models, the importance of social support with regard to psychological health is worked on, and it is concluded that people with high level of social support are more able to deal with personal psychological problems.The types of social supports are explained and their roles in solving the problems of are emphasized. Especially, the ways in which the people try to solve their problems with social support in critical times are evaluated. The variety of social support sources is studied.
