| Résumé: | The article studies the debatable issues of the objective and subjective in an insight into the essence and the role of ‘the intelligence community’ in shaping the current geopolitics and the future world order. The role of personality, a political leader of state in elaboration and implementation of the strategy of development and the relations between states. At the same time, the article provides assessment of D. Friedman’s views on his understanding of the role and place of the USA in the developing world order and of his position in ‘fading’ and ‘rebirth’ system of relationships between the leading actors in the international arena. The article assesses the opponent’s debatable judgements and describes personal views on topical issues of modern international relations. |
