Sumario:The transformation of economic systems requires adequate changes in the business management system. This concerns first of all fundamental changes in the role of management personnel in ensuring business sustainability, assessing its effectiveness and material incentives. During the expansion of the independence of the business, the role of the management apparatus will increase significantly, because a significant part of the management functions, which, were performed previously by line ministries in the market economy will be fulfilled by the business itself. In addition, the role of managerial labor (information) and labor of workers (mechanical) in the era of informatization of the economy will fundamentally change. Financial stability and stability of the business in the market depend on the quality of decisions developed and made by the management personnel. The quality of management work, its importance should be evaluated. For this purpose, it is necessary to develop methods for calculating the effectiveness of decisions and, accordingly, the system of financial incentives.
