THE MAIN FACTOR OF RUSSIAN DIESEL’S COMPETITIVNES ON THE WORLD MARKET

Nowadays the developed countries reduce the number of refining capacities, while the developing countries experience the growing demand for petroleum products. Under these conditions, Russia may become one of the major exporters of diesel fuel, which is discussed in this article.
