| Sumario: | The author researches the development of legislation concerning arbitration hearing in the Russian Federation and analyzes the reforms of arbitration courts being carried out at present. Topicality of the subject is envisaged by Federal Law N 382-FZ adopted on 29 December 2015 ‘About Arbitration (Arbitration Hearing) in the Russian Federation’, which started restructuring of the arbitration system in Russia. The article shows two opinions on the results of the reform and ideas of critics and supporters of the new law. The author describes a special way of developing the arbitration system in Russia and compares it with the world one. |
